ASF-Provided Transportation Between the Gaylord and Embassy Suites
The Angelman Syndrome Foundation has arranged complimentary shuttle service between our two hotel blocks at the Embassy Suites and the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center during the 2026 ASF Family Conference and ASF + Dup15q Research Symposium.
ASF-provided shuttle transportation is reserved for registered guests of the ASF Family Conference and ASF + Dup15q Research Symposium. Shuttle drivers may ask guests to show their conference badge before boarding.

Uber and Lyft offer on-demand and scheduled rides throughout the Denver and Aurora area. Pricing and availability vary.
Traveling With a Car Seat
Families should plan to bring and install their own car seat or booster seat. Car-seat-equipped ride shares are not available in the Denver area.
Traveling With a Wheelchair or Mobility Device
Standard rideshare vehicles may accommodate foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices that fit safely in the vehicle. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are limited and may not be consistently available. Travelers who must remain seated in a wheelchair should arrange ADA-accessible transportation in advance.

Gaylord Parking
Conference Parking: For guests driving to the conference, parking is available at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Please note that guests are responsible for all parking fees.
Conference guests receive a 15% discount on self-parking rates. The discount does not apply to valet parking.
