⛰️ Altitude Tip: Welcome to the Mile High City!
Denver is known as the Mile High City because of its high altitude, and if you're traveling from a lower elevation, you may notice the altitude during your first day or two. Here are a few simple tips to help you feel your best:

💧 Drink more water than you think you need.
☀️ Wear sunscreen—the Colorado sun is strong, even on cooler days.
🚶 Pace yourself and take breaks if you're feeling more tired than usual.

A little extra hydration and rest go a long way, and most visitors adjust within a day or two. Take extra precautions with your loved one with AS.

Absolutely! Individuals with AS and their siblings/children are warmly welcome at all conference sessions. If they need a break, you can utilize our dedicated sensory rooms at any time.

The dress code for the entire weekend is casual. Because conference rooms run cold, we highly recommend packing a light sweater or jacket for layers. Also, wear comfortable shoes—the walk between the resort rooms and the convention center is significant!

  • In Person: Stop by the Registration Desk during scheduled hours to speak with an ASF team member.
