This talk will focus on Quiver Bioscience's effort to advance a UBE3A-targeting antisense oligonucleotide therapeutic for Dup15q syndrome from initial design and in vitro screening through in vivo tolerability studies and phenotype rescue experiments using Quiver's proprietary, AI-enabled all-optical electrophysiology platform.
