Loss of UBE3A Ligase Activity Drives Phenotypes in an Angelman Syndrome Mouse Model
Description

Joseph Krzeski Submitted:

Loss of UBE3A ligase activity is sufficient to cause AS, but the extent to which this deficit drives AS phenotypes remains unclear. Using the UBE3A YFP mouse, we show that ligase-dead UBE3A recapitulates both behavioral and molecular phenotypes observed in full Ube3a deletion AS model mice.
